Every homeowner who contacts Promisedsuper Plumbing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service.
First, take the issue straight to the plumber. Keep a written record of what was said and agreed.
Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network.
Keep in mind that Promisedsuper Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@promisedsuper.blog. Please include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the plumber 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
Here is what to expect:
1. We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. 2. We review what happened. This may include contacting the provider. 3. We reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
